How the calculations work

Photography workflow

Current monthly cost = vehicles × (external fee + staff minutes ÷ 60 × hourly staff cost).

Proposed monthly cost = vehicles × (app cost + proposed staff minutes ÷ 60 × hourly staff cost) + recurring platform fees.

Monthly difference = current cost − proposed cost. Staff capacity and external cost differences are shown separately to avoid counting them twice.

Inventory carrying costs

Daily cohort cost = vehicles × (financed value × annual financing rate ÷ 100 ÷ 365 + other variable daily costs).

Potential reduction = daily cohort cost × hypothetical days saved. No sales-price uplift or causal link between photographs and selling speed is assumed.
